Ordering from Krebs Custom Guns is easy.
Really. All you need to do is follow these simple steps:

Mastercard, Discover, money orders, personal and business cheques (as
long
as they're good), and even cash!!
Krebs
Custom ships via USPS and UPS. If you need to
make other shipping arrangements, please contact us.
IF YOUR ORDER DOES NOT INCLUDE
A FIREARM:
There are several options for non-firearm orders.
a) Order online using our electronic shopping cart
system. This is our preferred method for parts orders, and is
available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Shipping is
automatically calculated based on current UPS or USPS rates.
b) Call (847-487-7776), fax us (847-487-7778), or e-mail us (krebscustom@krebscustom.com)
with your order and credit card information.
c) If you wish to order via
US Mail, send it with a cheque or money order to: Krebs Custom, Inc.,

Rand Rd., Unit 106, Wauconda, Il 60084.
IF YOUR ORDER DOES INCLUDE A NEW
FIREARM:
There are several options for firearm orders.
- Please
email your FFL copies to ffl@krebscustom.com.
We prefer these files to be in PDF or JPG format.
- Please
fax your FFL copies to 847-487-7778.
- No firearm will be
shipped in the absence of a valid, signed FFL.

daytime phone number where we can contact you, if
necessary.

Have your local FFL holder
send a signed copy of their license to us, or include it with your
order.
If the license is being sent from your local dealer, please ask them to
include
your name and order number with the copy of their license so we know to
include it with
your
paperwork. NO firearms will be shipped without a valid, signed
FFL.
